JIMAT hosted and facilitated the ZDCP (Zimbabwe Decentralised Cooperation Programme), II End of programme evaluation workshop on the 11th of September 2009 which was held, at the Rainbow Towers, Harare. The workshop was officially opened by an official from NAO who highlighted that the workshop was meant to evaluate the programme performance and achievement of stated targets in Logical Framework of ZDCP.Draw critical lessons and policy implications on project design, implementation, and management, and make recommendations on i) How to improve the implementation and management of the project. ii) The design features to be considered for the successor programmes, and iii) The appropriate framework for consultation and coordination with Non State Actors, donors and government for the successor Provide gender disaggregated statistics. The workshop had a total participation of 28 with participants being drawn from NSARF, ZDCP, NAO, AGRITEX, District Councils, Provincial Administrators, and EC Delegation. All participants were booked at the Rainbow Towers.
